Hi, I'm Dean Luckham

I'm a senior service desk engineer with Zenzero and student studying part-time with the Open University working towards BSc Computing & IT (Software) currently taking my last stage 2 module. I have 2+ years MSP experience supporting multi-tenant Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments, progressing from 1st line to 2nd line as well as hands-on scripting and development experience with Python, Powershell, HTML/CSS/JS and more.

I am always on the lookout for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow in my career.

In my free time away from a computer I'm normally enjoying the south downs by bike or foot, swimming, exploring and slaying monsters in the Kingdom of Hyrule, or splatting squids in Splatsville.
